The “Beauty Behind Void” from My Sketchbook
When drawings reflect something deeper than just black lines on paper.
Every time I come across some sketch or painting art, I found myself staring at it for hours. Some of them always made me push my paddle of thinking, to find the thoughts behind the art, what the artist is trying to show us through it. It’s quite fun for me, I always felt like a detective who is trying to solve a mystery behind that art. It also helped me to widen my perspective and to see things from a different angle.
Drawing anime characters, cartoons, and portraits are fun but real challenge and excitement come while drawing something abstract, something that pushes your thinking limits or broadens the perspective. The best part about these artworks is that what it shows you, it depends on what you want to see in it. These act as mirrors reflecting your thinking, thoughts, and perspective through them. With the same motto, I started to draw something that will give something to think about or allow you to see it from a different perspective. The viewer can find their meaning in the drawing and can relate it to their own experiences. A drawing becomes more beautiful when we understand the thoughts behind it the artist tried to show, a deeper message than those simple black lines on it.
